As relationships progress past the early months and years, we often forget about the satisfaction of intimate and sensual touch—touch that connects us to our beloved and deepens intimacy, but may not lead to sexual activity. When couples forget how to touch, or when touch typically leads to sex, even the most loving couples can become disconnected, communication can falter, and intimacy is compromised.

In this workshop, couples will learn simple but effective techniques to re-establish intimacy through touch practices, engaged without any intent to progress to sexual contact/orgasm. In-class exercises are entirely non-sexual and all are completed with one’s own partner.

Built on the principle that deep intimacy can recharge eroticism, couples will find this workshop effective, tender and connective. Couples of all gender and sexual orientations welcome.
